Shipping Policy
Our processing time ranges from 2 to 7 business days from the date your order is placed. In most cases, orders are processed much faster. Once all items in your order are ready, we dispatch them for shipment.
Based on your location, our dedicated shipping and delivery team selects the safest, fastest, and most reliable route for each parcel.
After leaving our warehouse, your parcel is handed over to the appropriate courier for delivery to your door. At this point, an automated email with your tracking information will be sent to the email address you provided during checkout.
If you have not received any tracking updates after the processing period, please contact our customer service team for assistance.
We offer FREE worldwide shipping on all orders, so you can enjoy your purchases without worrying about shipping costs.

Clothing: Items are individually packed in their original packaging and placed in a poly mailer. For added security, an additional layer from the shipping courier is applied.

Boxed Items (Bags, Shoes, Some Clothing, Accessories, Jewellry): Each item is packed in its original box, then wrapped in a poly mailer, placed inside a sturdy outer box, and secured with an additional plastic layer by the shipping courier.
If you have received an email confirming that your order has shipped, we cannot cancel the order, as it has already left our warehouse and is in the care of the carrier.
If your order has not yet shipped and you wish to change or cancel it, please contact our customer service team via email. We will verify the status of your order, and if it has not been dispatched, you will be able to modify or cancel your order.
We highly recommend that all orders be covered by our Parcel Insurance Coverage. This allows us to provide extensive assistance in the unlikely event that your parcel is taxed, confiscated, lost, or stolen.
Please note that we are not liable for any taxes, confiscations, or losses once your parcel has been dispatched if it is not covered by Parcel Insurance.

Occasionally, an order may be held at your local post office. This can happen if the package could not be delivered to your mailbox or requires additional handling by the postal service.
Mistakes can happen. If you receive a damaged item or the wrong product, please contact us within seven (7) days of receiving your order.
